This weekend I visited Pangyo 😉
While deciding what to eat, we visited the famous-for-being-the-most-delicious Igane Lamb Skewers~!
Igane Lamb Skewers has branches in places like Gyodae and Seolleung,
and it's a spot very popular with office workers!
Since this place is the Pangyo main branch, I was even more excited..🤤
I'll leave an overall introduction to the place and an honest review!
🍖 Full Menu
The full menu wasn't that extensive!
As stated, the meat is served at 250g per serving,
Although the sirloin skewer is listed as the BEST skewer, we wanted large, tender pieces of meat, so
we ordered two servings of the wang skewers
(I should've ordered one more serving 🥹)
Igane Lamb Skewers is known not only for skewers but also for its incredibly tasty side dishes,
There are reviews of the side dishes later, so take a look slowly~! 🤗
🏬 Store Layout
Interior
The interior was just a standard lamb skewer restaurant!
It didn't feel cramped, and at each table people were busy grilling skewers and lamb 🥩
Oh! There were more families than I expected~
Exterior
From the outside, the interior is visible like this,
You could immediately tell it was a popular restaurant 🫢
🌶️ Food Review
Wang Skewers
When you order skewers, the staff will set a charcoal fire like the one below!
Maybe because it was cold that day, the charcoal kept us warm while eating 🥰
They bring the meat less than five minutes after the charcoal is set, so
you can put as much as you want on the fire and grill it!
The skewers spin around showing off their glistening looks... (I want to eat them again just looking back)
We grilled the meat for about 5 to 8 minutes!
If you dip them in the accompanying Cheongyang chili soy sauce and some cumin powder (ziran),
they melt in your mouth!!! 🍖
Onmyeon
Since lamb skewers are quite greasy,
If you want to cut the greasiness with something spicy, try the onmyeon. 🍜
I always order onmyeon whenever I go to a lamb skewer place; the taste varies at each restaurant!
Igane's onmyeon seems to include kimchi, so
it tastes like a spicy kimchi noodle soup! Really delicious~
The noodles are bouncy and moderately spicy — a cheat code that keeps you reaching for soju lol
Eggplant Dish
Just as we were finishing two servings of skewers and the onmyeon!
We ordered the eggplant dish labeled as BEST!
To make one guarantee: among the eggplant dishes I've tried, Igane's eggplant is the best.
It's a lightly fried eggplant with sauce poured over it — the inside is really moist and tasty!
The sauce on the outside is pleasantly sweet and really delicious,
The batter is crisp enough and the eggplant inside is tender — so tasty....🍆
Was eggplant always this delicious? hahaha
Basic Side Dishes
Peanuts and Pickled Radish Strips
Before the food is set, as a basic offering,
salted peanuts and seasoned pickled radish strips are served, making for an easy little bite!
Lettuce Salad
When the skewers arrive, the staff also bring this lettuce salad,
It's moderately tangy and spicy — a great palate cleanser!
Sauce Setup
The sauces are Cheongyang chili pepper + soy sauce and cumin powder!
Soy sauce is on each table, so you can add as much Cheongyang chili as you like and dip your meat!
The cumin powder tastes like the ziran we know; since I like it, I asked for more midway, and
the staff brought plenty more!
🚗 Facilities
Waiting
We arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 PM on Saturday,
and since it wasn't completely full, we were able to eat right away!
However, after 6 PM a waiting line started forming, and the staff
guided people to the building next door! (It felt like a main building-annex setup.)
Despite that, the line kept growing and by around 7 PM many people were waiting!

Restroom
The restrooms are right on the first floor if you go out and enter the building on the right!
They are separated by men/women and are reasonably clean, so feel free to use them ☺️
Parking
There is no dedicated parking space on the first floor.
Go to KCC Welts Tower Building B, where the parking entrance is labeled 'Igane Yangkkochi Parking.'
If you mention it when paying, 2 hours free parking, so please note that!
Smoking Area
The smoking area is right outside to the left, so smokers should take note.
You might see staff carrying charcoal there!
A must-visit in Pangyo
Igane Lamb Skewers Pangyo Main Branch I recommend stopping by at least once!
You can leave having enjoyed a satisfying meal~! 😌
